MYWIREGUYS · BUSINESS IT, CONNECTED.
Start with the problem. Leave sensitive information out.
A first support request only needs business contact details and a plain-language description of what is not working. You do not need to send confidential records to start a conversation.
Information in a support request.
The contact form asks for details such as your name, business, email or phone, type of request and a description. These help MyWireGuys understand the request and how to contact you. Use only the information needed to describe the issue.
How your contact request is stored.
The contact form saves your request in a protected contact inbox on the MyWireGuys server so the owner can review it. A confirmation means the request was saved; it does not mean an email was sent, a callback was scheduled or a technician was dispatched. The form does not send an automatic email notification. For urgent help, call (951) 264-5848.
Private Client Previews use a short-lived session.
Signing into a private Client Preview uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie. The session expires after 30 minutes or when you sign out. Public website pages do not require an account or this session cookie.
Questions about information you share.
For privacy questions or to discuss information provided to MyWireGuys, email info@mywireguys.com or call (951) 264-5848. Identify the request using ordinary contact details rather than resending sensitive information.
Other websites and support tools.
Links to remote support and other services may take you to a separate website or tool with its own prompts and data handling. Review those details before choosing to proceed. Remote support is a deliberate action; it does not start automatically from this website.
